If you had purchased amaysim shares earlier, you could have accepted an offer that WAM Capital (WAM) made to acquire your AYS shares. When accepting that offer, you could either elect to receive WAM shares (that is called the "Scrip Consideration") and/or cash. If you accepted the offer but for some reason omitted to select which of these two options you wanted, then you would have received WAM shares (the "Scrip Consideration").

This is all somewhat of a moot point now though. The WAM offer to acquire AYS shares expired last Tuesday.
