I don't own AYS anymore so I can't see the letter you refer to. However as @@chrg noted earlier in the thread, it appears you may have bought your AYS shares on the ex date March 30, I think this might mean you do not qualify for the dividend to be paid on April 27. I can only guess the letter is referring to those shareholders who held AYS prior to this ex date.

As discussed by other posters, chances are you will be paid in the ball park of 20 cents a share later this year.
