I run a few different strategies, 90% are 3 to 5 year horizons. Every once in awhile I'll trade a position and have a bit of fun with it.
RFG was interesting the minute they restructured their debt and their equity dropped below 7c - 8c . CEO is experienced and the lawsuit added enough risk to force a discount on equity.
Now the business can leverage the balance sheet a bit harder and redeploy free cash. let's see what happens
