Phi Finney McDonald - Class Action Litigation Lawyers have discontinued its Class Action against RFG as it cannot find a litigation funder willing to take over from previous Class Action Funder Omni Bridgeway who withdrew in 2021.

The chances of this class action being resurrected are virtually zero as a 6 year statute of limitations starts to come into play.

Once this news filters into the broader investing community shareholders may see a resumption of normal RFG share trading activity without the dark cloud of a class action hanging over the company.
