how are they going to fund the corporate store rollout.
for example, let say the cost of a new store is $750k and they want to open 20 stores where are they going to find $15m? say they want to open as many corporate stores as the number of franchise store close to maintain outlet numbers. then over the last 12 months they would need $57m to open 76 outlets.
it's great they want open corporate store. but I don't think they have enough capital to open enough stores to make a meaningful difference on the overall business.
overall franchisee numbers and store outlets both domestic and international are in decline and have been pre Covid and now post Covid.
