not sure how many food based franchises you have been involved with. But I have and can tell you that a boost juice will cost you over $400k to build a tiny 15sqm kiosk and coffee club in a 80sqm shop will cost you over $750k to build.
maybe some of you guy should enquire any being a franchisee so you can see first hand how much costs.
with inflation running hot these numbers are not to be joked at
