mate if it was so cheap to get into one of these store then why have they only opened a handful of new stores in the last 5 plus years. If the landlord is going to give you 2 years free rent and pay the bulk of your fit out you would think people would be jumping over each other to get one. doesn't make sense as the company can't open a new store.
