so based on what you have said RFG could not open any store because they don't make any money and even if the landlord is willing to basically open them for them.
I notice that other major franchises like MD, HJ, KFC, Dominoes and many more opened truck loads of store during Covid. But poor old RFG can't open any before, during and after Covid.
And, FYI standard commercial lease will normally include 3 mth rent free and maybe a small contribution. Shopping centres aka Westfield will screw you over and give you even less. Particularly if it's a good location and they have competition for the space.
agree, it seams most people if not all on here have never had a commercial lease in a shopping centre and a franchise before. I will check back in another 6 mths to see if they can increase there outlet numbers. I doubt it though
