salus egi don't have any cash reserves to protect. unless they turn things around very quickly they will be out of cash by the end of this quarter. the announcement says they will pay up to $4.4 million for the hong kong business through the issue of shares. this will more than double the number of shares on issue. do you think this will be good for the share price?
