This business model has failed.
As an agency for Netsuite, they have switched focus from small business to large business, expanded into Asian countries, tried to develop low-cost acquisitions, and employed new executives - they are now in the position of declining revenues, deleting staff numbers with a share price that has no liquidity. It has become a train wreck.
A new CEO has been appointed who originally was involved in setting up this current Oracle/Netsuite arrangement.
IMO it is rehashing old ground and will lead to a further demise in this ASX listing.
The only course of action that will save this listing is a new business model built on leading-edge technology in the AI space. Ditch the agency and all the people that go with it, find a new technology start-up that is looking for an ASX listing, raise a few million, and begin again.
Plus it would seem the existing board has run its race.
The current direction is heading down a one-way path to being delisted from the ASX.
