They are continuing with a failed culture.
It is imploding from within.
The only initiative has been to reduce employees and make minor adjustments to the business model.
They have stated that they intend to continue with the Netsuite arrangement with a new CEO who is committed to this culture. So there can only be one result.
All the suggestions over the years concerning acquisitions have resulted in minor investments in small unimpressive add-ons.
The so-called "safety" bubble has now burst as market conditions have made the agency arrangement unviable as a stand-alone business model as it requires people overheads not in line with revenue/profit results.
From what I can see all they are doing now is turning the listing into a mini version of what is currently happening. Revenue declines with continuing
to reduce the number of employees to stay afloat.
There is nothing else.
They are not the only Netsuite agent - there are stacks of them, everywhere.
Communication with shareholders/investors via a webinar from the new CEO on what the company is doing would help!
