If you really want any management team work for you, you need to control the company to get the authorization to select the management team for you.
If you could not do so, you have to get your judgment if the management team could make the profit for you and know under what conditions the team would work for you.
Don't blame your employees for your business failure. You are the boss for your money. Could you do the job as the boss for your money.
