This company does not have a moat.
There are multiple suppliers offering the same products and services at reduced prices. Some large dispensaries have migrated to these suppliers which is why Canview is now offering discounts to compete. Think of Leafio, Cannabis Warehouse, Oxford Compound and The Entourage Effect. Some of these even offer same day delivery to pharmacies.
If you have a moat, then you don't need to discount.
Admittedly, they do have the best and most intuitive platform for ordering but this is not enough of an incentive for the biggest dispensaries who are negotiating 10-15% discounts. On 500K per month spend, you can understand why some dispensaries are migrating elsewhere.
Canview makes money from wholesaling the products not from charging fees to use the platform. They want to incentivise as many people to use the platform so volume moves through the warehouse. Charging a fee to use the platform would not go down well.
