I've been a long-term follower on facebook too.... It's fair to say that when the company was in strife last year customer service was at its lowest. Members were teeing off on facebook big time! And no one seemed to be getting back to members.
Have a look today and all issues appear to be addressed immediately... Looks like some customers are even contact within an hour or 2 of posting on facebook. Often, comments follow thanking the company for the quick response and resolution.
The improved service will no doubt help reduce churn and boost subscription numbers... Just a shame we lost some along the way. Hopefully a solid plan is in place to try and re-engage with this lost business and win them back as subscribers or PPV customers.
