    These very positive UK Budget announcements explain why the Business Plan could not be released yet.

    I expect that some of these benefits such as: Humber Freeport, green bonds, Infrastructure bank & tax incentives etc
    will probably be included in the financial modelling in the Business plan.

    Actual UK price at posting equivalent to A$2.63 after 13% rise on LSE last night.
