I thought it was a brilliant idea too but can't think why Glenn hasn't mentioned it sooner. Seems in line with how they ran the business in the past. Certainly sounds like a Win Win situation.

I actually thought there was a word missing in this line of the article: "I must emphasise that all these matters in the very earliest stages of evaluation..." and therefore I decided that I also could not conclude if it was a Centro idea or not.

SMH article seemed to indicate that Centro had put out the details on 28 properties for sale. I wouldn't expect them to have to notify shareholders of that type of sale. But if they were going to syndicate them I suppose they would need to let us know of that plan/restructure?

Will just have to wait for news. 59 hours till the deadline.
