hey jzom64 i think the post is correct speak to everybody you know all doing it tough everybody is tightening the belt and lets face it we are all not getting mining jobs i live in adelaide and the real estate agents are trying to say property prices are going to boom because of the mining boom yeah right people are dropping the prices to sell their houses and there still not selling , maybe in the mining towns the property is hot because mining workers can earn up to 3,000 a week the writing is on the wall household debt is huge people owe their lenders more than their propery is worth ,and the prices are dropping not good a few bankers have told me the rate of default hasnt even tipped the iceberg yet i'm not negative i'm a realist cheers
