    Just remember this: Conversion means intention of takover.
    Who would want to hit Centro with 8B shares dilution. Even if CNP is $2 that would drive it down to 10c like now!
    If bank A wants to takover Centro she would rally SH support to vote yes with carrots.
    Rufrano is setting this up for future takover.
