Speaking of the MRRT, does anyone know how it works? As far as I know it was devised in secret and the details never released. We knew a little of Rudd's first proposal where the tax was applied to receipts before any costs or business expenses were taken into account. That was outrageous. Not even Mongolia is THAT greedy, they just want 40% of Ivanhoe free carried. Rudd's tax was worse than that.
