I am currently no holder and have no intention to down ramp the company.
No one knows whether the payment is subject to final findings of investigation of Captain Cook College by ASQA and ACCC.

We all know what happened last year to RTO called Vocation and 5 days ago to Intueri (ASX: IQE).
After investigation and ASQA decision IQE went in 5 days from $0.80 to $0.08.

If you are concern about outstanding payment from Government and impact on price of your shares, I would suggest to call Site Group and ask them if current investigation have anything to do with receiving payment from the Government.

Do not forget that all outstanding money is for 2015 and since beginning of 2016 Captain Cook College stopped enrolling students so no payment from VET sector in 2016 which according to annual report was around 60% of total company income.

I hope all will be good with SIT but it could end like other RTO's.
