If they will receive money from Government it could go back to 0.25 or higher and if Government will pay only small amount or nothing, SIT could be with no buyers.
The other scenario is the case of Careers Australia, where they agreed to pay back $142 mil. to Government.
Is there any possibility of SIT receiving money from Education Department soon and than be forced to pay back to ATO more than half?
IMO any shareholder should call Site Group and verify current ACCC and ASQA investigation of Captain Cook College and ask whether or not this is the reason for not getting paid and what could be a worst scenario if found guilty of beaching VET rules.
Should they announce to ASX current investigations of Captain Cook College is a matter for ASIC.
