IMO any shareholder should call Site Group and verify current ACCC and ASQA investigation of Captain Cook College and ask whether or not this is the reason for not getting paid and what could be a worst scenario if found guilty of beaching VET rules.

Should they announce to ASX current investigations of Captain Cook College is a matter for ASIC.

I feel you know more than most about this and are trying to warn shareholders without really saying it(don't blame you), hope for shareholders this isn't the case, but i fear this maybe the case, will continue to watch, but i don't think i would invest in this sector.
Maybe time for Site to update the market on what is going on.
