I watched Cash Converters go from 2 cents to 24 or whatever they are now, and wished I hadn't only watched, they were buying back stock for quite a while, it should have been a buy signal. When you mention electrical goods, do you know what % of their business would be electrical goods, in my opinion, the one thing I wouldn't buy second hand is electrical goods. By the way, I think there is a market for second hand goods, and second hand shops (purely my opinion).
