Construction to start 1 April- well that's the plan according to the letter, 50 men on site for April to start construction..

Seems to tie in with what I have been told- announcement of form of funding should be soon.... We continue to wait!!!



The project will require transportation for construction crews between approximately April 1, 2013 and April 1, 2015. Table 1 provides the approximate number of workers requiring transportation and the style and size of buses required. Please note for the entire project some buses will be required to travel on forestry style logging roads and will need to be equipped and prepared for poor road conditions. Furthermore, construction is planned to occur year round so buses will need to be equipped and prepared for winter conditions. This request is for the entire length of the project. Buses will be required to pick up personnel at two designated pick up locations in either Hinton or Edson and transport them to two central drop off locations at the construction site.
