re: busting It would be nice to know what these acquisitions are, but on the other hand, wouldn't it be better if they were delayed until early next year? By then they will be $3m better off from the exercising of the options, and they could use that money to fund or part fund the acquisitions. What we don't want is too many more shares being issued to fund them.
