    re: re:hmc possible east coast target???? I could be wrong, but I would think the acquisitions they are after are probably not publicly listed companies. As Kawartha said, market cap. $15m for HMC, and they are trading on a fairly low PE. For their holders to agree to a takeover, TOX would end up paying considerably more than that.
