    This has been happening ever since 50 cents and i got shot down after posting it . Now the SP is hovering at 2 year lows it is under the microscope . These guys will always play in the stocks with the least amount of risk/resistance so at the end of the day they are taking advantage of a weak Govt and weak management to make some money and if its legal or a blind eye is turned to it then you cant blame them
