jefferies.. the quarterly activities report reports that the second renewal phase of exploration was on the 23 November 2010 and they are required to drill a well within 2 years of this date. this announcement is either going to be the name of a partner and the terms/drilling a well by end of year, or some update on the political aspect of the acreage..
