Beatle - I am sure we (including Tony) all hope this turns out the best for all VNS holders, but you must realize and understand the feeling of disappointment and rotten taste left in UMC holders mouths from recent transactions by management involved in both companies. I sincerely hope it turns out well for you and I understand you have done your homework, but knowledgeable UMC'ers thought they had done theirs, only to find out that all the research in the world does not reveal man's thoughts and intentions.
Be careful and keep a watching brief at all times.
