I said 'report' and that was apparently insufficiently accurate for you. Since then you have finally worked out that calling, reporting, notifying... how it is described is immaterial. The substance is the thing. You finally have worked that out then?

ASIC btw has just copped a huge hit in the High Court decision on FMG and Andrew Forrest. IMO this is probably not a good thing but I will read the decision and I suggest you do too. It seems to be mandatory to be up with Corporations law to post on the FAS threads.

I had not read the auditor's report when I was posting on the issues you raised....and if you read back you will follow the course of events, clearly available for all to see. It was brought to people's attention by others. It is offensive to suggest that I deliberately did not do that. FGS. Stop the attacks and smears. It is getting offensive.

I have every right to post a differing opinion to yours. You are not always right, and certainly I am not either.

It's a discussion forum FGS not a gladiators fight to the death.
