Arch, I couldnt find mention of the 360% interest anywhere???

It would be irresponsible for the company to commit to anything like that.
Wonder who the beneficiary is there?
I also note KR's salary pachage was $670,000 +. One would think the board would try for a little austerity in tight times?
And our GWR shares are pledged as security for loans.
Yet our board says we are a going concern?
I think I'll make a couple of calls & get some of this looked at.
Thanks for the heads-up,Arch. I hadnt read it because I wasnt expecting anything I really wanted to hear, but things are worse than I imagined. Lets see if the authorities approve of FAS' corporate governing.
