But for the 8/11 pending decision, you would have to say, based on quarterly, that everything you could want in a start up has progressed more or less as planned. Really, when you think about other established players (BHP, Ravensthorpe nickel anyone), LYC are a paragon of virtue.
I am backing a positive decision on 8/11. 85%-100% :). However I also think it inevitable that if SMSL do lose they will (attempt to) appeal.
I say attempt because it may be that they must first get permission to appeal, which if that is the case I would bet is a low probability.
Not a Malaysian lawyer so not sure about last bit, but in Oz it is often the case that an appeal is not an automatic right.
