Well every mall and shopping center I see has recently boosted the amount of parking spaces by about 3 times,
I think WTF do they need all those parking spaces for, but a few months later they are all full and can hardly find a park anywhere.
Are all those people parked in the million parking spaces going into the internet cafe to look up things to buy online on Amazon ??
People go to the Mall, they go into DJs and Myer. Kmart have reduced prices to the bone, thats taken business away from myer but the quality of everything is sheite in the cheap shops.
There is margin in Brands, Asians love brands, most people love brands for items.
MYR is the Brands powerhouse they have it all, negative sentiment bla bla,
Myer is a steal at these levels.
