Completely agree - I would never buy lots of stuff online, like clothes - never. Online has been around for a while now and it has a clear down side and I think as a concept it is overhyped. I tried buying groceries online for a while and I just wasn't the same (accidentally ordering 15kgs of carrots instead of 1.5kg didn't help - lol)
