It depends on how we create preception of any professional in our mind. I am not in favour or against this decision but I personally believe too many tattoos on the body could impact the mental condition of the kids. However, if the teacher was properly dresses and his tattoos are not hurting anyone then it is ok but still, you can ignore its effects on children's psychology.
