I've looked at this extensively from a numbers perspective but not in great detail on the science for the peer transactions.

However if you look at my mapping of peer buyouts into RACE's pillars you can see total peak sales USD $15.8B drove total buyout USD $71.4B ... that's 4.5x peak sales.



So USD $15.8B peak sales above ... I estimated USD $44B peak sales for all three pillars and I think that's conservative. USD $44B x 4.5 = USD $198B ( and that still doesn't consider potential for an FTO inhibtor to provide therapeutic benefit beyond cancer ). The numbers indicate the extreme underlying value ( which I hope push a buyout into that ~ AUD $58 to AUD $152 blockbuster buyout range I estimated ).
