This metric from the AFR article is interesting.
In 2020 Etsy made $884 million of free cash and Atlassian $733m, so are valued at operating cash multiples of 40x and 100x respectively.

The International Financial Reporting Standards defines operating cash flow as cash generated from operations, less taxation and interest paid, gives rise to operating cash flows.
My risk-adjusted estimate for Bisantrene NPAT to a Big Pharma at peak sales around 2031 is USD $1.72B.
40 x USD $1.72B = USD $68.8B
40 x USD $1.72B = USD $68.8B
Contrast this with Immunomedics buyout at USD $21B which has by my calculations less than 1/3rd revenue potential of Bisantrene.
