The two pages you just read aren't satire, also there are some detailed valuations done by some well regarded posters here that all land in similar ballparks.
There are definitely some cautious views, mine included but no real arguments against, I've always thought we're a boom or bust anyway. We're not a $30 share, this stuff works and we get our $99 a share or it doesn't and we're done for IMHO.
