Its a fun topic to think about, the confirmation bias triggers certain pleasure zones in my brain.

There are many different ways to come up with different valuations, but really I think the takeaway from this thread is that if the drug works like we think it does, then the sky is the limit for RAC.

The other point I would make is that I disagree with the "all or nothing" statements sometimes thrown around. This is what the three pillar strategy solves. If we can't make the FTO pillar work, we are de-risked by pillars 2 and 3 which are far more likely to succeed based on the historical data and recent studies. Sure, the valuations are a heck of a lot less, but I do not see a negative return.
