while I agree with caution in determining highest buyout value and using that to determine your investment, it's false to say race is boom or bust.
This is exactly why Race instigated their 3 pillar strategy. Already a successful P2 for pillar 3, with strong indication for positive results for their upcoming AML trials. If Race wanted to, they could potentially be courting suitors after a successful P2, especially as there is no specific treatment for EMD AML.
It is truebthat clinical trial outcomes are binary, but as we have a potential platform drug it means overall, we may have success between 0 and 1(0 being complete failure of bisantrene, which is unlikely, and 1 being complete success of Race's strategy).
