Col it seems to me that you miss the point with all this pump and dump stuff. The shares even when 'pumped' were still undervalue and they can only be 'dumped' if the market will allow them to be sold down. Sure traders can make a dollar on the difefrence in price but only if the market permits them to.

The real issue is that there is a real lack of support by new investors. This I think is a failure of management in that they have organised, it seems to me, no broker support allowing the shares to sink or float depending on the machinations of some powerful even insider groups ( a touch of paranoia here).

Perhaps with a new Chairman a different approach will be tried. I for one hope so.
