I recommend reading page 2 of 17 of the Environmental Assessment Report

noteworthy is:

"A1 Minerals applied for a license L8377/2009/1 on 3 August 2009 ........ licence ceased to have effect on 4 may 2011 as there was no payment made of the annual licence fee on 4 may 2011. For this reason this new licence has been prepared."

Interesting. Two points:

1. Management missed a payment on something that is very important to the operation.
2. Management persued to rectify and pay the licence.

Perhaps things are going just fine? Perhaps?
