i can definately say those two questions arent going to feature in the announcement.
With regard to the shareholder notice, SS&T and WEG are the only two parties that can answer that. Listed entities doent ever get involved in that documentation, they receive them and release them on behalf of the respective shareholders.
There is no doubt if would be good to know for sure, but i think little would come of it. ASIC would be the only party able to push the issue.
Either way both WEG or SS&T owning 19.9% of PLV, neither completed a deal and both are untrustworthy (IMO).
The easiest way to deal with them is to insert a poison pill into the company constitution. Deal done.
