As they say in Question Time ..... It goes to the vision for QTK from Mark Pallister. There is no doubt he is there to sell it off, as it's almost spelt out in that announcement .....

"and sold off", he's referring to ALL the companies he's acquired ..... EVERY ONE without exception.

So his strategy is short term for QTK.
