This is a bureaucratic rule and open to different interpretations of the words of the rules. All Bureaucrats are vertical thinkers, and my observations of your posts make me believe you are also.
I am a lateral thinker and look at problems from other perspectives.
FERGUS, you are probably right in the long term and I doubt I would sell all my holding at 50cents. Having been retired for some time now I only sell some if I need some money. I can't afford to need money at the moment.
