    Its a very good question, probably needs to be factored in as a potential outcome. Maybe they can move ahead with the $250 million from Investec and develop a scaled down commercial demonstration plant. I don't see why 30 MW or so wouldn't adequately demonstrate the commercial viability. I'm assuming it can be scaled down and the capital cost can be reduced accordingly.
