Yes it is, I was thinking maybe that arrangement could be renegotiated. I'm sure the HoA was put together to satisfy the REDP 2 for 1 funding requirement but I'm also sure Investec and CWE would sit around the table and discuss options if the REDP didn't come through.
I can't really see this hypothetical situation occurring but it is well worth discussing. A few of us already have contingency plans to charter a plane (or maybe even a boat - reverse refugees?) out of here if this happens, LOL! (We won't be laughing in that situation.)
