From what I can tell from a quick read through of their prior reports. They are actually a media company!

Seems like they have entered into a loan to provide Vetex (a middle eastern company) with $1.5m to continue exploration. This gives ADS the option to acquire a 25% interest in Vertex or to get repaid the money.

However, it appears Vetex itself owns a 70% interest in a Bahrain subsidiary called Bariq Mining Ltd. Its not certain whether who owns the tenements - Vetex or Bahrain. If its the latter - ADS's "POTENTIAL" interest is down to 17.5%.
