G8 also said closure of a financial deal with the Singapore-based Cherie Hearts group was pending.

G8 was the winner in a long-running court stoush with Cherie Hearts over a deal to buy a number of centres in Singapore.

After Cherie Hearts refused to complete the deal, G8 called in the $4 million it was owed, which saw the Singapore company placed in receivership.
