Dismantling one missile will not be enough. Dr Blix has already indicated privately (and hinted, publicly) what he requires of Iraq (ie: dismantling of a specified quantity, etc).
This is the message being reinforced at the moment and the French and the Russians (along with the brits, and further behind the scenes, the Americans) are doing.
It is no coincidence that the approval by the Saudi's to launch from out of Saudi Arabia has been given at approximately the same time as Dr Blix has issued his ultimatum.
As Richard Butler has said - ignore and on Monday Iraq will be toast. But, as I have always thought Butler, he prefers his toast roasted, if not burnt.
